Chicory Seeds - Wild

Wild Chicory has been used for its array of medicinal properties for over 5000 years! It has lovely daisy-like flowers that are bright blue and stay in bloom the whole season through. Wild Chicory's leaves and root are most commonly consumed, although the blooms are also edible, they are very bitter. Their leaves are tastier during the cooler months, as the heat of the summer can also turn them quite bitter.
