Cilantro Seeds - Calypso

The entire plant is edible. The leaves are called Cilantro and the seeds Coriander. Cilantro leaves are delicious and add a unique taste to any dish. Calypso Cilantro last about 3 weeks longer in leaf stage before bolting. Excellent in soups and many other dishes. The seeds have a citrus, sweet or savoury flavour depending on what it is paired.
